ThisConfidentialityAgreement("Agreement")isalegallybindingcontractdesignedtoprotectsensitiveandproprietaryinformationsharedbetweenparties.Itestablishesthetermsunderwhichconfidentialinformationmaybedisclosed,used,andsafeguarded,whileoutliningtheobligationsofthereceivingpartytomaintainconfidentiality.TheAgreementdefineswhatconstitutesconfidentialinformation,specifiespermitteduses,setsthedurationofconfidentialityobligations,andincludesprovisionsforremediesincaseofbreach.Itiscommonlyusedinbusinessnegotiations,partnerships,employmentrelationships,andothersituationswheresensitiveinformationneedstobesharedwhilemaintaininglegalprotectionagainstunauthorizeddisclosureormisuse.
